Alli is usually recommended to be taken either during meals or within 1 hour after consuming your meals.
Dosage per day
The usual recommended dosage of Alli is one 60 mg capsule taken three times a day with each meal containing some fat (not more than 30% of total calories of that meal).
Alli Storage
Alli is usually stored at room temperature away from heat, moisture and direct light. It is recommended not to be kept at reachable distance from children and pets.

Alli Precautions to be followed
Is strictly not recommended if you are allergic or taking any other medications.

Do not take Alli if you suffer from eating disorder, type1 or type2 diabetes, liver ailments, underactive thyroid or history of gallstones or pancreatitis and chronic mal-absorption syndrome.
