The usual recommended dosage of Augmentin is 500 mg every for 12 hours or 250 mg for every 8 hours respectively.

Augmentin tablets are usually stored at room temperature (25 degree Celsius) away from heat, moisture and light. While, Augmentin suspension is recommended to be stored in refrigerator (between 2 - 8 degree Celsius) and discard any unused solution after 10 days.
