Dosage per day
The usual recommended dosage of Cleocin for mild to moderate infection is 150 mg to 300 mg and more severe infection is 300 mg to 450 mg, for every 6 hours.

Cleocin is usually stored at room temperature (25 degree Celsius) away from heat, moisture and direct light. It should always be stored in air tight container, away from children and pets.
