The usual recommended dosage of Erythromycin ranges between 250mg - 500mg and can be taken every 6 hours (four times a day) or every 8 hours (thrice a day) for 7 to 21 days.

Erythromycin tablets are usually stored at room temperature away from moisture, heat and light. While Erythromycin reconstituted injection or oral suspension should be stored in refrigerator and used within 7 days or 14 days respectively if stored at room temperature.
